We Clean It, WCI is a socially conscious, eco-friendly Janitorial and Laundry Service Company. Since the beginning, the founder, Francia K. Bayona and her family have made their passion for customer service, knowledge and integrity their core principals; today those founding principals are still prevalent and are core to the companies culture.    

 

Francia K. Bayona has a passion for life, service, education and professionalism.  With over 14 years at different levels of apartment community management, Miss Bayona holds designations from IREM, Apartment First and received her AHM from Quadel Consulting Corporation; she obtained her CPM in New York in 2011. She has had extensive multicultural training and enjoys serving her local community.  She is an ISSA member and a member of the Cleaning Management Institute. Miss Bayona and her team have participated in several OSHA Trainings; online and in the classroom.

 

 

Her experience as a Community Manager, professionalism, attention to detail and her passion for service propel WCI to a level of customer service comparable to none. She believes that "you should have fun and passion for what you are doing, otherwise the results of what you do will show your true intentions." Our employees are thoroughly trained, re-trained, monitored and supervised with systems put in place by the founder herself. Her direct involvement in every facet of the business provides our customers with a clean, safe and healthy environment and a fast, personal consistent service.
